What You'll Do
As the primary on-site safety authority, you'll own the safety culture from the ground up — not from behind a desk. Your day-to-day impact will include:
Leading Cal/OSHA compliance across active, fast-moving jobsitesConducting thorough risk assessments and hazard identification before problems ariseDesigning and delivering engaging safety training programs that stickInvestigating incidents swiftly and implementing corrective actions that prevent recurrencePerforming regular safety audits and equipment inspections to keep crews protectedEnforcing safety policies while building buy-in from the entire project teamFacilitating safety meetings that drive accountability and awarenessKeeping safety documentation and reporting sharp using modern software toolsWhat You Bring
Required:
2+ years of hands-on construction safety experienceCertified Construction Health Safety Technician (CHST)Cal-OSHA 30-Hour CertificationCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificationDeep knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management, and incident investigationStrong leadership presence and clear, confident communication skillsA sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to complianceBonus Points For:
