Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Protector, this role will support and uphold AWP’s core values and mission to protect our customers’ people, businesses, and time. Controls movement of vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic through work zones using hand signals with a STOP/SLOW Paddle. Reviews, comprehends, and executes temporary traffic control plans and/or standards to ensure work zones are properly installed and maintained.
Coordinates and communicates with customers to ensure the safety of all workers.Set up, maintain, and remove Advance Warning Signs, Channelizing Devices, and other traffic control devices according to Federal, State, and/or Local Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines and Temporary Traffic Control Plans for simple and intermediate complexity work zones.Maintain a Flagger Station by standing and controlling road users through the use of hand signals with a STOP/SLOW Paddle.Drive a company vehicle to transport equipment, trailers, and team members to and from work sites safely and in a timely manner. The Accounting Manager will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
