There is a place to explain in the screener questions included with this ad. What You'll Do Overview: Read and follow the paperwork, as each order is different. Use a hoist to lift a bar that has many racks of parts hanging from in, and moving it from processing tank to processing tank. It's a little science and a little elbow grease. Perform plating operations per specifications and quality standards Set up, monitor, and control plating lines and chemical baths Process parts for required durations per shop paperwork Inspect parts for thickness, defects, and quality compliance Verify correct racking prior to plating Operate and assist with plating tanks and rinse systems Complete all required paperwork accurately Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE Identify and report process or equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently while meeting production goals This is active work—you'll be on your feet, using your hands, and staying focused. Position Duties: Overall responsibility for making chemical additions for make-up, maintenance, and repair of all process chemistry systems as directed by the Chemical Lab Manager.
