Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and visitors: Greeting individuals upon arrival, ascertaining their needs, and directing them appropriately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional mannerScan, file, and organize important company documents.Distribution of emails and other correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing emails, letters, faxes, and other forms of communication, ensuring they reach the intended recipients promptly.Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.Providing general administrative support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and managing supplies.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindsetPrevious experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
