    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Maintain vendor and customer relationships; update contact information as necessaryBalance and authorize petty cash disbursementsSupervise data entry to ensure stock, food and pastry orders are entered timely and accuratelySupervise inter-office mail distribution to field personnelOrder office suppliesAssist in the recruiting, interviewing, drug testing, completing new hire paperwork and training new team membersGreet visitors to the dining hall in a pleasant and informed mannerPerform other clerical/administrative functions as necessaryPrepare other miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested

    Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locationsDrive vehicle to transport products and food to client locationsEnsure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truckDeliver products and food to vending attendants at client locationsCollect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locationsDiscard unsold and stale merchandiseCommunicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smilingManage the care of the company vehicle

    Requirements:
