Job Summary
Technically manage an assigned Reicofil nonwovens manufacturing line (and potentially other equipment), and assigned special projects as a member of the Process Technology Team
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Process Engineering Manager and ensures appropriate and frequent
communication with the team in regard to safety, quality, process, equipment and other areas

High School Diploma, (or a GED) or equivalent experience is required. A two year associate's degree in a technical discipline is preferred as is experience with Microsoft Office and SAP software, and Cognex Vision systems. Additionally, he/she must be able to follow written and verbal procedures/ instructions, and possess good problem solving, basic math, and interpersonal skills. Employee must be able to work harmoniously, collaboratively and communicate well with co-workers, other site employees, vendors, customers, etc., while exhibiting a "can-do" attitude. In addition to working an established day, evening or night shift for forty hours during the week, the employee could be required to work additional hours during the week and must be available for consultation at any hour. Also, the employee will be on call or a back-up during the weekend per a rotation with the other Process Technicians (Required). Employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a somewhat frequent basisWork Environment:
Work area is a manufacturing environment which is not climate controlled year round with noise levels ranging from moderate to loud requiring hearing protection, hair/beard nets, safety glasses and safety shoes. The Site Competency & Training Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a structured competency competency and training framework that supports operational excellence, safety, quality and workforce capability across the AVGOL site.
