Location/Division Specific Information As part of the Drug Product Division (DPD), the Greenville, North Carolina site is a multi-purpose pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and packaging campus. The operation specializes in taking both sterile injectable and oral solid dose drug products from development phase through to commercialization. A Day in the Life Operate and maintain boiler systems, and all related physical plant equipment, including condenser water (cooling tower) and air compressors, air dryers, Potable water and chilled water systems, per SOPs, cGMPs, and user department requirements. Operate and maintain High Purity Water systems- including WFI, PFW, generated by Ros and Distillation units Monitor performance through computer controls and reviewing recorded operating data. Resolve issues to ensure continuous operations and communicate status, including failures/corrective actions and readiness to management. Maintain housekeeping services in utilities areas and communicate concerns Schedule Details (Rotational Shifts): This role follows a rotating schedule that includes a mix of day and night shifts, as well as some weekends and holidays. The schedule is set in advance and rotates as follows: 4 night shifts 3 days off 3 day shifts 1 day off 3 night shifts 4 day shifts 7 days off (This rotation then repeats) Education High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's in applied science in related field not required but preferred. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in plant equipment operation including boiler operations, air compressors, or related field. Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment. This includes safe, compliant, efficient, accurate receipt, storage, movement / picking of materials for Warehouse Operations Customers. Completes all inventory transaction, cycle counting as necessary and as advised by departmental supervision. Provides effective, efficient and accurate preparation, assembly shipment documentation of orders for internal and external customers. Cross trains in the three warehouse areas designated by supervision. A Day in the Life Receiving, examining, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, picking, and packing items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
