    What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Assistant, you will:

    Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility.

    Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance projects.

    Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and building systems operate efficiently.

    Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.

    Inspect the building and grounds to identify and address safety concerns.

    Assist with moving furniture, setting up rooms, and special projects as needed.

    Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.

    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and facility policies.

    Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, or exterior upkeep as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Previous maintenance, building, or facilities experience preferred.

    Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair techniques.

    Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

    Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for securing premises and personnel, controlling traffic, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.     Full-time and Part-time available

    Shifts: 5p-5a Weekday; 24 hours Weekend (5p Friday - 5a Monday)

    Responsibilities:

    Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry

    Obtain help by sounding alarms

    Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
