Nature and Scope:
The Region Sales Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the AVANOS strategic commercial initiatives and business objectives. Expectations are to lead the sales process, implementations, and successful execution of commercial and strategic plans, and programs to achieve business objectives for assigned markets through leadership and effective high-performance team management.

The Enteral Feeding Region Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Director. The role will lead a team of Enteral Feeding Account Representatives and NICU Specialists within a specified region. The Region Sales Manager will collaborate with internal business partners, marketing, corporate accounts, and CORTRAK (SOC) Standard of Care Specialists in the field to achieve sales goals and commercial execution, including the implementation of the SOC sales process from conception to execution, to drive disposable/capital sales.
The ideal candidate for the Enteral Feeding Region Sales Manager position will need to have demonstrated consistent results in the following responsibilities from work history.
Responsibilities: Communicate and execute the vision, mission, and objectives to direct and lead the sales team. Develop key growth sales strategies, business goals, and objectives, and drive change and standardization within hospitals. Own and achieve and/or exceed annual sales targets within assigned region and accounts. Drive and achieve sales growth and profit objectives through direct sales representatives and internal stakeholders. Manage and deploy appropriate resources focused on achieving commercial objectives. On-going talent assessment. Practice AVANOS core values, including accountability, and demonstrate high-impact communication effectively. Coach consistently and provide meaningful, actionable feedback. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Understand category-specific landscapes and marketplace trends. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Director of Product and Clinical Education, SOC Sales Director, Marketing, and internal business partners on an ongoing basis. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5-10 years of sales experience, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries; experience with capital equipment is a strong advantage Preferably a minimum of three years of sales leadership & management experience Proof of a successful track record, results-driven, assertive selling, and effective leadership qualities Demonstrates high-impact communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferrable a minimum of three (3) years sales leadership & management experience Medical Device sales, capital experience is a plus. Pharmaceutical or biotech experience. 8 years' of selling experience in any of the above or B2B Prefer candidate to be in the Top 10% of Sales Managers. Previous President Club/Circle Award Winner. Territory Manager, Interventional Pain - Region
The role
As the Interventional Pain Territory Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales objectives of the Interventional Pain products. This includes both Capital purchases, as well as consumable product line that includes nerve ablation needles, radiofrequency ablation (rhizotomy) products, and other products providing solutions in the of treatment for pain. This role requires working a Capital Sales funnel, as well as driving increased adoption in existing accounts. The Territory Manager will work with Health Care Professionals and business leaders in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics in a geographic territory. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate for the Territory Manager role will utilize analytical skills and product knowledge to build and maintain relationships with facility staff in assigned markets. Utilizing CRM tools and reporting data will enable the Territory Manager to grow their territory and deliver value to customers.
