This automotive leader will also be responsible for managing the service center budget and collaborating with fellow dealership managers from our operation and sales departments. Compensation:100000 - 130000 yearly
Responsibilities:Supervise automotive service, vehicle repair process, and department team members to ensure a quality service experience and a balanced budgetBoost morale among service department, auto service staff, and vehicle repair customersEstablish and implement the protocol for service sales, customer service, training, and auto repair processes within the service departmentIncrease customer retention and referrals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all vehicle repair and service salesGuide the management of all automotive service department paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
Qualifications:Possess a thorough understanding of auto technology, service team job duties, and vehicle repairsMandatory high school diploma or GED equivalent - a bachelor's degree is a plusAt least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor necessary; experience in automotive service management preferredValid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are necessarySuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
