    Supply Chain Buyer Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage current Supplier relationships and drive continuous improvements for best-in-class performance.Discover and develop new strategic Suppliers.Develop and implement risk management processes to support Production.Track markets and purchase materials at competitive prices.Ensure procurement of quality materials.Meet inventory goals by procuring optimal quantities using forecasts and risk mitigations.
    Supply Chain Buyer Qualifications and RequirementsStrong communication skills and ability to solve problems with internal and external teams.Experience with plastics, grinding, and extrusion operations.Exposure supplier negotiations, markets, contracts, and pricing agreements.Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM Certification.
