    Business Control Lead Specialist

    Join Autoliv, the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, and play a key role in driving data-driven commercial and financial decisions across our business units.

    As a Business Control Lead Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing financial insights, analytics, and reporting that enable high-impact decision-making. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams while supporting senior leadership with critical business intelligence.

    In this role you will be responsible to

    Provide analytics and insights to support commercial and financial decision-making across Business Units (BUs)

    Manage and update AMIS data (pricing and volumes) in collaboration with Shared Service Center (SSC)

    Act as an AAM representative within the Global Sales AMIS Core Team (systems and processes)

    Lead Customer Income Statement (CIS) preparation and analysis using OneStream

    Monitor and analyze Order Intake (GBO – Global Business Opportunities) in partnership with SSC

    Track and report APR performance by OEM, supporting forecasts, month-end closing, and decision-making

    Oversee sales amortization processes, including pricing changes and accrual management

    Deliver divisional reporting on sales performance, market share, market size, and new order intake

    Standardize and align reporting templates, tools, and processes across BU Controlling teams

    Provide financial support to Global VPs, BUs, and OEM accounts

    Drive cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain

    Lead ad hoc analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., pricing tools optimization)

    Skills & Competencies

    Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

    Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

    Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

    Results-driven with strong execution capabilities

    Business acumen and ability to influence decision-making

    What is required:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)

    Strong financial acumen with experience in business controlling, finance, or commercial analytics

    Advanced data and systems skills (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, sales tools)

    Experience with OneStream and database management preferred

    Working knowledge of AMIS and GBO systems is a strong plus

    Experience in OEM environment, account management, or business unit operations is advantageous

    OneStream Senior Developer

    Responsible for providing development within our OneStream platform by translating business requirements into technical solutions that support financial reporting and forecasting processes.

    What you’ll do:

    Develop technical solutions

    Design, build and optimize complex OneStream components. For example, Business Rules, Workflow and Data Management integrations, Cube Views, Forms, Dashboards, Extensible Documents, Marketplace solutions and REST API integrations

    Support platform expansion

    Support established technical development standards, code-review practices and version-control discipline

    Review and approve technical designs, ensuring scalability and performance

    Partner with business/product owners to shape backlog priorities and capture requirements

    Support key strategic initiatives

    Follow OneStream technical roadmap aligned with Finance transformation initiatives

    Support data quality, governance, and integration standards

    Drive innovation through automation, system optimization and marketplace enhancements

    What is required:

    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field

    5+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience, including multiple full implementation cycles,

    Expert-level coding for OneStream business rules and extensibility,

    Strong understanding of financial processes: consolidation, close, planning, forecasting, analytics,

    Demonstrated Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint leadership and backlog management,

    Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile platforms

    Strong communication, stakeholder partnership and presentation skills

    English language proficiency

    Available to start working at 6 or 7 am for interfacing with European or Asian counterparts if the candidate is in USA MST timezone

    What is required:

    • At minimum MS in field such as: Thermodynamics/Energetic Engineering, Thermo-Chemical Equilibrium, Chemistry, Physics, Aerospace Engineering.

    • MS with 2-5 years of experience in related activities.

    • PhD levels with no experience will be considered

    • Thermodynamics or Thermo-Chemistry and Fluid flow

    • Scilab/Matlab and/or Fortran/C++/Python

    • CAD skill to communicate design requirements (Catia/SolidWorks)

    • Ability to learn/understand the theoretical and physical aspects of airbags

    • English language proficiency is required
