    We’re seeking a dynamic, sales-driven leader with strong entrepreneurial and coaching skills to manage and grow our Amarillo branch. This person will play a key role in driving revenue, developing team members, and delivering top-tier customer service. If you're passionate, motivated, and ready to make a big impact, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with our customersHire, train, lead, and develop high-performing branch employeesDrive branch performance through internal sales, revenue growth, and KPIsManage timekeeping, budgets, and branch goals in collaboration with the Regional Manager

    Requirements:

    Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving recordProven leadership in a B2B environment (service or distributor sales preferred)Track record of consistent sales growthMechanically inclinedWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation during training
