We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabinet Installer to join our team. This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to work as part of a team or work independently to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction. Installers to join our team and assist in ongoing and upcoming projects. Must be detail oriented, responsible, trustworthy, dedicated and extremely hard working. Your in-depth knowledge of cabinetry practices will be critical in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Clear and prepare project sites, install cabinetsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsAbility to use job specific tools and materials, including wood, laminates, and hardware to install cabinetry, hardware, trim, crown and base and other mouldings necessaryProficient at installing properly aligned cabinets that are level, securely installed, and operating properlyEnsure tops are perfectly smooth and level for the counter tops to go on properlyAbility to install door hinges, drawer slides and handlesEnsure all visible wood is finished uniformly to the customer's desireCompetence in caulking applications for effective sealingMaintain a safe and clean job site and clean up the work area before leaving each dayRemove debris that is no longer needed on jobsite or becomes a safety hazardEnsure tools are organized and placed in a safe area when returning to jobsite for continued workTroubleshoot and resolve any installation issuesCommunicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfactionStrict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations to create a safe work environment for all project team membersQualifications
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and accuracy throughout the project lifecycleLift up to 50 pounds for extended periods, kneeling, bending, standing, climbing, and repetitive motionEnglish and Spanish language comprehension required Read Less
