Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAustin Staffing, Inc. is hiring multiple fulfillment representatives for our client in South Austin. In this role, you will work at a seated station where you will be responsible for completing concert ticket orders. This job takes place within in a comfortable climate controlled environment with a very friendly work atmosphere which also includes well equipped breakroom. Music is played in the facility and you are encouraged to listen to your own music (via headphones) as well! You will be expected to work at a steady pace and ensure accuracy in order to provide top-notch service and meet production deadlines. Pay: $14 hr. Attire: Casual (no open toed shoes, ripped clothes, vulger images or messages, etc) Responsibilities: • Scan envelope labels to confirm Name, Address and total Tickets purchased by customer. • Prepare material for mailing by pulling concert wristbands/tickets/etc., activating tickets, and inserting them into an envelope. • Must maintain a steady pace while paying attention to details at all times. • Meet metrics and production goals for units per hour. Qualifications: • Ability to maintain a steady pace while staying detail-oriented. • Comfortable with a repetitive position. • Comfortable asking for help when needed. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Commitment to the schedule (no part-time available) M-F from 8 AM – 5 PM • *Must pass a criminal background upon job offer acceptance.Company DescriptionAustin Staffing, Inc. performs expedited recruiting services for our clients.
