Regional Fleet Maintenance Specialist - REMOTE (United States)
Overview
The Regional Fleet Maintenance Specialist oversees fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations within the region(s), ensuring safety, efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. In addition, this role will manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, support Fleet Service strategic objectives, and champion the implementation and adoption of fleet maintenance software across the region(s). The Regional Fleet Maintenance Specialist reports directly to the Fleet Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise garage maintenance activities, including scheduling, work assignments, and performance monitoring.Coordinate with LLC operations managers to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities based on operational needs, equipment condition, and safety requirements.Ensure timely and accurate completion of repair orders and maintenance logs using fleet maintenance software.Conduct inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.Provide technical guidance and support for bulk equipment repairs and diagnostics.Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating maintenance personnel.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and company-specific safety and maintenance standards.Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, certifications (e.g., cargo tank inspections), and training.Assist with audits and regulatory inspections.Oversee parts inventory and procurement processes to ensure availability and cost control.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts, tools, and external repair services.Monitor tool and equipment condition and ensure proper calibration and storage.Champion the implementation and adoption of the fleet maintenance software system across all assigned locations.Provide training and support to local teams on software usage and best practices.Utilize the software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.Prepare reports for all assigned locations to track performance, costs, and compliance.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical certification preferred.5+ years of experience in fleet or heavy equipment maintenance.Experience with diesel engines, DOT-regulated vehicles, and off-road equipment.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Overview
The Manufacturing IT Support Technician delivers both frontline and advanced technical support for a manufacturing facility and its associated office environments. This role ensures the dependable operation of end-user devices, manufacturing system connectivity, and foundational network infrastructure. The position combines traditional IT support functions with elevated network and system troubleshooting to support plant operations in collaboration with the central IT network operations team.

Job Summary
The Fleet Safety and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of our Driver Operational Policy as well as the daily monitoring and implementation of our vehicle telematics and dashcam programs.
The Fleet Safety and Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in moving safety and compliance efforts forward for our commercial and passenger fleets. This position reports to and works closely with the Senior Transportation Manager. Additionally, will collaborate daily with other employees in the department, and throughout operations.
