    Vendidit

    Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Reports to: Head of Sales · Team: Sales · Location: Austin, TX or remote (US) · Full-time

    About Vendidit

Vendidit is a recommerce technology company rebuilding how returned, overstock, and secondhand inventory gets cataloged, listed, and resold. Two platforms anchor the business. ListerLeo is our warehouse auction-management platform: an operator scans an item and AI-powered identification fills in the title, description, condition, and market price, then exports the listing to HiBid, Proxibid, AuctionZip, and other channels in a single click. Upstream is our returns and liquidation engine for brands, retailers, and 3PLs, turning reverse-logistics costs into recovered revenue through a blend of online resale and wholesale liquidation. Together they cover the full recommerce lifecycle, from the loading dock to the final sale. We are headquartered in Austin, Texas, and building the go-to-market team that will scale both products.

    The opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the tip of Vendidit's go-to-market spear. You generate the qualified pipeline that fuels our Account Executives, primarily for ListerLeo, while surfacing larger Upstream opportunities for the senior team. This is a high-activity, phone-forward role built for someone competitive and coachable, and it is the clearest path into a closing seat as we scale.

    What you'll sell

ListerLeo is your primary focus: a fast, repeatable SaaS motion into auction and recommerce operators. Upstream is secondary: when your research or a conversation uncovers a brand, retailer, or 3PL with a returns or liquidation problem, you qualify it and route it to an Account Executive or the Head of Sales.

What you'll doBuild target lists: research and maintain lists of auction houses, liquidators, and recommerce operators using Sales Navigator and enrichment tools, prioritized against our ideal-customer profile.Run multi-channel outbound: execute disciplined cold calls, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach, averaging roughly 50 live connects and 250+ touches per week.Lead with the pain: research each account before reaching out and open with the operator's real problem, manual cataloging, listings that don't sync across platforms, and throughput that caps how many lots they can run.Qualify and discover: run high-level discovery to confirm fit and identify the decision-maker, typically the owner or the operations / auction manager.Book and hand off meetings: set qualified meetings for Account Executives and deliver clean, complete handoffs with context and notes.Surface Upstream deals: recognize and route larger returns and liquidation opportunities to the AE or Head of Sales.Keep the system clean: log every activity, contact, and outcome in HubSpot and manage your follow-up cadence so no lead goes cold.Hit your numbers: meet weekly activity targets and a monthly qualified-meeting quota, ramping to 12+ per month.Collaborate: partner daily with your AE on targeting and feed list-quality and messaging signal back to marketing. What success looks likeFirst 30 days: product, ICP, and tooling certified; shadowing AE calls; carrying roughly 25% of meeting quota.60 days: live in market with consistent activity at roughly 50% quota.90 days and beyond: 75–100% quota, owning a target territory, with qualified pipeline flowing steadily to AEs.How you're measured: live connects per week, qualified meetings booked per month, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and pipeline dollars sourced. What you bring1+ year in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech experience is a plus, not a requirement).Comfort and confidence with high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting.Strong written and verbal communication; you build rapport quickly and handle objections without losing momentum.Excellent time management and organization; you run a high volume of activity without dropping details.Resilient, self-motivated, and coachable; you treat a no as data, not defeat.Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales-engagement or enrichment tools.Nice to haveExposure to recommerce, auctions, liquidation, logistics, or warehouse software.A track record of beating activity or meeting targets in a prior role.CompensationOn-target earnings: $90,000, with uncapped variable. Base $50,000–$62,000 (target $55,000), roughly a 60/40 base-to-variable mix.How variable is earned: paid on three components: a bonus per booked qualified meeting, a larger bonus per opportunity your AE accepts, and a closed-won kicker on the revenue you source.Growth & benefits: a graduated quota over the first three to four months, a clear path to an Account Executive seat, plus health, dental, vision, equity eligibility, and flexible PTO.Location & travel

Austin, TX or remote within the US. Occasional travel for team onsites and industry events such as the National Auctioneers Association show.

    How we work

We are a small, fast team with a bias to action. You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a front-row seat as we build the go-to-market motion from the ground up.

    Vendidit

    Head of Sales

Reports to: CEO (partners with the CFO on planning) · Team: Sales (building) · Location: Austin, TX (HQ) preferred · Full-time

We are looking for a player-coach to build Vendidit's sales organization from the ground up. You will own revenue across both ListerLeo and Upstream, hire and ramp the first SDRs and Account Executives, design the playbook, comp, and quotas, and own the forecast to leadership. In the early innings you will also close strategic deals yourself. This is a true 0-to-1 leadership role for someone who has built a motion before, not just inherited a mature one.

    What you'll sell

Two platforms, two motions. ListerLeo is a high-velocity SaaS product sold to auction houses, liquidators, and estate-sale operators — short cycles, fast decisions, owner-operated buyers. Upstream is a higher-value, consultative sale to brands, retailers, and 3PLs recovering value from returns and overstock — fewer deals, larger contracts, longer cycles. Reading which motion a prospect needs and running the right play is central to the role. You will own both motions and decide how to resource each as the team grows.

What you'll ownSales strategy: define target markets and the go-to-market motion across ListerLeo (SMB SaaS) and Upstream (enterprise and partner), and use pipeline data to decide where to invest.Team building: hire, ramp, and coach the SDR and AE team; set the bar for activity, quality, and accountability, and build a culture people want to win in.Playbook, quotas, and comp: design quotas, the commission plan, territory coverage, and the sales playbook, and instrument the funnel end to end.Pipeline and forecasting: own pipeline health and forecast revenue accurately to the CEO and CFO, and manage to a number you can defend.Closing: carry and close strategic and enterprise deals personally early on, especially on the Upstream side, as a credible player-coach.Revenue operations and tooling: stand up and run the sales tech stack (HubSpot, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and scheduling) and the reporting that supports forecasting and coaching.Cross-functional leadership: partner with marketing on lead flow and attribution, with Customer Success on retention and expansion, and with product on customer feedback and roadmap signal. What success looks likeFirst 30 days: assess the pipeline and team, draft the playbook, quota, and comp, open the SDR and AE reqs, and close a deal or two yourself.60 days: team hired and ramping, comp and quota live, the funnel instrumented in HubSpot, and a weekly forecast cadence with the CEO and CFO.90 days and beyond: a repeatable motion running, forecast accuracy in place, the SDR and AE team at quota, and the first strategic Upstream wins landed. How you're measured: team new-ARR attainment, forecast accuracy, ramped and productive headcount, pipeline coverage, and progress on strategic Upstream deals. What you bring8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years building or leading a team of SDRs and AEs.Demonstrated 0-to-1 or early-stage experience; you have stood up a motion, set strategy and quotas, and hired the people to run it.A player-coach who is still credible in the room and will close alongside the team, not just manage from a dashboard.Strong command of the numbers: you have built quotas, comp plans, territory plans, and forecasts and can defend them to a CFO.Proven ability to lead across product, marketing, and customer success, and to operate two motions (transactional SMB and consultative enterprise) at once.Nice to haveExperience in recommerce, marketplaces, logistics, returns, or auction technology.History building a sales org through a similar early-to-scaling inflection.CompensationOn-target earnings: $275,000, uncapped with accelerators above plan. Base $150,000–$185,000 (target $165,000), roughly a 60/40 base-to-variable mix.Equity: meaningful equity with standard four-year vesting and a one-year cliff, sized to stage and profile. How variable is earned: tied to team net-new ARR and the share of the team hitting quota, with accelerators above 100% of plan, paid quarterly.Benefits: health, dental, and vision coverage and flexible PTO.Location & travel

Austin, TX (HQ) preferred, with travel as needed for strategic deals, customer visits, and industry events.

    How we work

This is a high-trust, high-ownership leadership seat reporting directly to the CEO. You will have the autonomy to build the sales organization the way it should be built, and the accountability that comes with owning the number.
