Key Responsibilities for this Warehouse Manager:
Manage warehouse and distribution activities to meet operational goals
Collaborate with other facilities and support cross-functional initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Be available 24/7 for on-call support and cover for leads or supervisors when needed
Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
Minimum key requirements for this Warehouse Manager:
Must have a HS degree or equivalent & several years experience as a Warehouse Manager or a bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
At least 5 years experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or logistics in a FOOD / BEVERAGE manufacturing facility
Supervisory experience required; management experience preferred
Skills:
o SAP proficiency
o Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
