As the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, your focus will be:
Champion safety and enforce LOTO, confined space, hot work, and contractor programs
Lead maintenance and reliability for paper machines and supporting systems
Maximize uptime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
Use CMMS to plan and prioritize work aligned with production
Guide mechanics, electricians, and technicians through training and development

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance & Engineering Managers position:
BS Engineering
Minimum of 8 years in paper industry
Leadership experience in a unionized setting
Strong knowledge of paper machine systems and reliability practices
Experience with CMMS, PLC/DCS systems, and Lean tools.
