Primary Purpose
Responsible for the accurate and timely management of North America accounts payable, vendor relations, and month-end financial processes, including fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid journals. Supports corporate compliance, expense reporting, and audit preparation while maintaining strong vendor relationships and contributing to a collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities
North America AP-
Primary billing contact for all vendors.
Receive and code bills accurately and timely.
Work directly with order fulfillment/ purchase coordinator to ensure inventory is received and invoiced accurately.
Weekly check runs and send remittance.
Reconcile vendor accounts as necessary.
Credit Card and Expense Ledger Maintenance-
Maintain and reconcile credit card GLs based on statement.
Work with card holders to obtain receipts and support for spending to ensure expense accuracy.
Review expense reports to make sure all transactions are coded to the correct GL and against the correct projects.
North America Financial/Month-end-
Maintain fixed asset ledger, including accumulated depreciation.
Prepaid expenses and prepaid inventory journal.
Goods In Transit journal and recon.
Accrued Liabilities.
Reconcile US Factory/Manufacturing bills to invoices.
Corporate Compliance-
Basic knowledge of US sales tax to assist as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Basic knowledge of US sales tax compliance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Primary Purpose
The Global Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end order fulfillment and supply chain operations for Austco globally. Team Leadership and Development
•Lead, develop, and support a team of four direct reports: Global Fulfillment Coordinator, Order Fulfillment Coordinator – CAN, Order Fulfillment Coordinator – USA, and Purchasing Coordinator.

Local Production and RMA Repairs
•Oversee limited local production activities, ensuring efficient execution in line with quality and cost standards.
•Manage the RMA repair process in coordination with the Quality department.
•Liaise between outside suppliers, contract manufacturers, and the Austco Quality department to ensure smooth communication on quality issues and timely corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Work with Accounting, Finance, and shipping carriers to manage costs, maintain competitive pricing, and protect cash flows in line with revenue targets.

•Identify gaps and take initiative to create new documentation standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders during the installation life cycle.
•Represent Austco in a professional manner during job site and coordination meetings.
•Effectively communicate priorities and relevant information back to the customer and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
•Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams such as, Technical Service, Sales, CAD designers, etc.
•Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism while protecting business interests and project scope.
Financial Oversight & Invoicing
•Track project budgets and control costs in alignment with company goals.
•Generate accurate monthly revenue forecasts and ensure timely invoicing using SimPro.
•Provide monthly project updates for internal reporting and billing alignment.
Technical Leadership
•Understand and apply technical knowledge of low-voltage systems and networking principles, including IP addressing, subnetting, and network configurations.
•Collaborate on system designs reviews, installation documents, and network plans to validate accuracy and functionality.
•Ensure all installations meet Canadian electrical codes and healthcare communication standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
•3+ years of experience in nurse call communications or low-voltage system installation project management.
•Understanding of IP-based networking, structured cabling, and system commissioning.
•Experience with project management tools for project scheduling, costing, and invoicing; SimPro is preferred.
•Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
•Strong customer communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred:
•Familiarity with nurse call systems such as Austco, Rauland, or Hillrom.
•Technical certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) are an asset.
•Knowledge of US Building and Electrical Codes.
