    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations
    to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and
    company standards. This role leads production employees, coordinates workflow,
    enforces safety procedures, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
