Our psychiatric facility is licensed to treat adolescents and adults for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency. The Dietary Aid works under the supervision of the Cook and Dietary Director producing foods for a variety of diets according to dietary guidelines for patients, visitors and employees.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.
* Organizes and serves food on tray lines, when finished clears line, labels, dates and properly stores all food items and cleans work area.
* Checks, receives, and stores supplies properly as assigned.
* Monitors and documents refrigeration and food temperatures.
* Follows quality control guidelines for preparation and service of food.
* Helps the Cook to prepare special function requests.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for outpatient adolescents at Aurora Behavioral Health West in Glendale, AZ. Located at 6015 W. Peoria Ave Glendale, AZ 85302. The therapist will provide direct clinical services, including individual, and group therapy, while maintaining progress notes and treatment planning consistent with ethical standards and licensing requirements. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to all confidentiality and compliance protocols. Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, adult and adolescent care at PHP and IOP levels.Qualifications

Aurora Behavioral Health System, the state's largest free-standing psychiatric hospital system, is looking for a Behavioral Analyst for our Tempe facility's 15 bed Specialized Need's Unit. Our Specialized Needs Unit will produce the highest quality treatment outcomes through a combination of expert programming, specially trained Behavioral Technicians, RBTs and the individual potential of each patient. Children with developmental disorders, such as autism, will receive intensive treatment for aggression, self-injury, impairment in functioning, and mental health challenges.
The Behavioral Analyst will serve the unit by assuming responsibility for supporting the behavioral team in development of behavior plans, behavioral analysis of selected target behaviors, education of staff in plan procedures, and supporting the family/caregiver behavioral training program, as well as having primary responsibility for the integrity of all behavioral data needed for patient care.
The primary focus is enhancing the delivery of effective and measurable behavioral treatment to patients and maintaining and improving clinical data feedback loops between direct care staff and the clinical staff. Secondary focus is generalization of behavioral treatment to families and other caregivers. Data collection forms, procedures, monitoring and analysis are the sole responsibility of this position, with appropriate back up personnel for scheduled absences. The position may delegate certain data entry functions as needed but remains responsible for the integrity of all programs behavioral data. The position is supervised by the Director of this unit, due to the focus of this position on clinical data and clinical interactions. The position has no personnel management responsibilities.
