About the Role
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant (Sales Team), you'll help deliver promotional marketing campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement at retail activations, live events, community campaigns, and promotional venues across Boston.
You'll learn how successful marketing campaigns are executed in person by representing client brands, building relationships with customers, explaining products and services, and helping interested customers complete registrations or purchases where appropriate. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience while developing valuable sales and customer engagement skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activationsRepresenting client brands professionally in customer-facing environmentsSpeaking directly with customers to build relationships and create positive experiencesPromoting products, services, and current marketing campaignsAnswering customer questions and explaining campaign offers clearly and confidentlyAssisting customers through registrations, applications, or purchasing processesWorking alongside experienced team leaders to achieve campaign objectivesParticipating in ongoing product knowledge, marketing, and sales training
