    Responsibilities :

    Troubleshoot Equipment Faults:

    Should demonstrate proper operation of audio, lighting, automation, video and projection systems and be able to detect when systems are not operating properly. Must be able to read blueprints, drawings, schematics and diagrams. Knowledge of system interaction with sound and electrician crafts also required. Often requires work indoors in dimly lit and dark conditions.

    Remove and Install Equipment:

    Removal and installation of Audio/Video/Projection/Lighting equipment, assemblies and components utilizing hand tools, power tools and technical documents. Requires the use of both hands above and below the waist, climbing, working in confined areas, lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, laying, crawling and exposure to high noise, heat, cold, dust and dirt.
    Material handling, including lifting, holding, carrying and manipulation of objects up to 50 pounds alone or in teams. Requires bending/twisting at the waist, working with arms raised overhead and lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 20 lbs. (constantly) and up to 50 lbs. (frequently).

    Preventive Maintenance Inspections:

    Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks as outlined in written job plans to ensure venues open safely and on-time. Must be able to read, understand and follow checklists to properly verify and inspect equipment. Requires the use of hands, color and visual acuity as well as the use of flashlight and assorted tools. Exposure to heat, cold, sunlight and dampness.

    Operational and Functional Checks:

    Start and operate audio, lighting, electrical, video and projection systems to verify proper operation. Must be able to safely operate equipment and know what actions to take in the event of equipment failure or emergency. Must be able to operate shows both solo as well as part of a team.

    Basic Qualifications :

    Experience troubleshooting audio, lighting, automation, video and projection systems
    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
    Experience supporting live entertainment events
    Knowledge and familiarity with using computers
    Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a broad background range of crafts or disciplines related to stage craft including audio, lighting, electrics, rigging and video

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior large hotel experience preferred
    Working knowledge of proper Guest service
    Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language

    As a Security Host/Hostess, the main goal is to provide a safe and secure environment that enables our guests, cast members and vendors to experience the magic of Disney.

    Responsibilities :

    The Security Host/Hostess performs protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner while dealing with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, threats to life and property
    As a first responder, will be trained on Infant, Child and Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defribrillator (AED), Stop The Bleed Training and fire extinguisher procedures to respond to emergencies as needed
    Conduct interior and exterior Resort foot patrol to identify undesirable conditions
    Evaluate a situation and quickly make logical decisions on how to proceed while maintaining a calm demeanor
    Investigations, including evaluation of the scene, interviewing complainants and witnesses, involve correct personnel to assist with the investigation
    Documentation and report writing
    Maintain order in the Resort while attending to the needs of our guests, cast members and vendors
    Coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, alarms, safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational, persuasive manner
    Handle violations of Resort policy, civil laws and undesired conduct
    Work with state of the art technology to detect and respond to safety systems
    Provide cash escorts for cashiers to/from cash room to their work station
    Respond to security and emergency calls and prioritize the work in a timely manner
    Use of complex consoles to receive calls from guests, cast members and vendors requiring assistance and dispatches to resolve situations - will maintain logs of all requests
    Provide key assist
    Issue contractor and visitor badges
    Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system for any unusual activity and dispatch via two-way radio
    Provide accurate information to guests, cast members and vendors seeking directions and hours of operation
    Receive, record and secure found property - will also research and respond to guests inquiries for lost property
    Escort guests and cast members as required to parking lots
    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Basic Qualifications :

    Must be at least 18 years of age
    Valid State of Hawaii Guard Card
    Excellent communication skills
    A successful candidate will have experience as a first responder - related experience that best aligns with the day to day operation may include:

    Hotel/Resort Security Guard/Officer experience
    Successfully completed basic training in the Military
    Loss Prevention and/or Plain Clothes Operatives experience
    High pressure situational experience such as Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter, Flight Attendant

    Strong verbal, written and technology skills required
    Keyboarding skills 25 WPM
    Investigation skills
    Perform general clerical duties using Microsoft Office and other site specific programs
    A good sense of direction as will learn and memorize Resort layout to include the locations of fire pull stations, fire extinguisher, AED, standpipes and more
    Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal follow up/supervision)
    Maintain strong observation skills with high level of detail and scrutiny for entire shift

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associates Degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Private Investigations, Homeland Security, Emergency Management and/or Emergency Medical Services
    Strong understanding of Hawaii Revised Statues; particularly those that apply to Hotel/Resort destinations (such as trespassing, etc.)
    Knowledge of Hawaiian/ Japanese language

    Cast Members working in entry level culinary positions are responsible for execution of all menu categories and specific recipes for all restaurant menu items including timing, quality, temperature, portion, and presentation. A Cook 4 will be assisting with all overall culinary production, which includes preparing menu items from recipes, for consumption in hotel restaurants throughout the resort. They will also be responsible for promoting a fun and creative working environment and partner with Front of House to ensure Cast training/knowledge of product ensuring a smooth operation and delivery of exceptional dining experience.

    Responsibilities :

    Prepares, seasons and cooks to order menu items for all meals throughout the day, including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods
    Portions and arranges food on serving dishes and is responsible for portion control and plate presentation
    May cook, mix, and/or season ingredients to make dressings, sauces, gravies, batters, fillings and spreads
    May wash, peel, slice, scoop, dice and julienne vegetables and fruits
    Prepares, measures, mixes (following recipes) and/or cooks and garnishes basic appetizers (hot or cold), salads, pastas, sandwich fillings, Waffles and other food items

    Responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out of hotel rooms and villas. The Front Desk Agent also assists guests and enhance their stay through providing information regarding resort services & activities and surrounding areas as needed. Responsibilities : * Park and drive vehicles. * Manage parking areas (barricades, directing traffic, etc...) * Transport guest to various locations. * Transport guest luggage including but not limited to Rooms/Vehicles/Storage. * Care and Storage of guest property * Delivering items to guest rooms, including newspapers, express check-outs, including but not limited to guest deliveries (i.e. flowers, packages/boxes) * Excellent communication skills and high guest service expectations * Greet Guests with positive, friendly and helpful attitude * Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas Basic Qualifications : * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no tickets/accidents/ moving violations in the past 12 months) for Valet position * Ability to drive manual/automatic transmission (valet position) * Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment preferred * Previous experience working in a parking facility with type service (airports, business office building, private parking structures preferred * Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Full Time - Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. The Housekeeping Custodial role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all Spa, Salon, Fitness property. Custodial Cast Members are responsible for cleaning on stage and backstage locations including all interior and exterior public areas. Our Spa Custodial Cast also support operation including washing small laundry and dishware items, folding towels, robes, assisting practitioners with treatment room cleaning and disinfecting, responding immediately to guest needs. Responsibilities : * Maintain cleanliness of all Front of House Guest areas.
