The Project Coordinator's primary function will be to manage and oversee the technical aspects of multi-discipline execution teams and projects. This includes: * Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety * Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities * Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions * Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: * Two years' experience in the construction industry. * Must be able to obtain site and Safety training certifications required for the project. * Construction safety practices. * Basic knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HSE guidelines. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to communicate and report effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office systems. * Occasionally moving, kneeling, crouching, and carrying weights 30 lbs. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions. * Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required. * Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures. * Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems. * Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing. * Proficiency in using computers, printers, copy machines, fax machines, and other office equipment.
