Part-time positions available as well.\nDuties:\n\nInspect automotive vehicles to ensure compliance to emission standards and governmental regulations.\nInspect accessories, air lines, and electric circuits.\nCheck for damage, broken headlines, leaks, and faulty blinkers.\nTest vehicle for wear-and-tear damage.\nInspects and assesses the condition of all of the vehicle's essential mechanical systems and components.\nCheck for improper adjustment.\nApprove or deny vehicular inspection and issue inspection stickers.\nSuggest improvements to vehicle that fails inspection.\nKeep records of vehicles inspected.\nCheck for illegal equipment installed on vehicle.\nChange oil.\nReplace fluids.\nCheck preventive maintenance programs.\nInvestigate complains, accidents, and operations.\nPrepares reports based on findings from the inspections to be presented to the fleet's manager and/or mechanics.\nExplains and interprets related laws and regulations and communicates with the fleet's manager and mechanics to help ensure the fleet's compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.\nPrepare reports based on findings.\n\nHours:\nMonday – Friday 8am-5pm\n \nSubmit your resume today!\n Tooling, Supply Management, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Technical Understanding, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Thoroughness, Verbal Communication, Documentation Skills, Inventory Control, Job Knowledge\n \nMust have a valid Mass inspector license
