    Job Summary:

    The Tooling Clerk/Technician supports the Tooling Department by assisting with tooling organization, inventory management, and tool quality. This role works closely with Production and TTC to ensure tooling is properly maintained, tracked, and available to support manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Perform work as assigned by Supervisor

    · Maintain accurate tooling inventory and records using systems such as Microsoft Excel and IQMS

    · Check tooling in and out of inventory and ensure proper documentation

    Job Summary:

    The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating production control, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure the efficient flow of materials, parts, and finished goods. This role supervises team members, manages production schedules, supports inventory accuracy, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to company standards.

    This is a second shift position located at our Jeffersonville, IN facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate data (job orders, specifications, inventory levels, and production rates) to plan and schedule workflow, materials, and resources
    • Supervise daily activities of shipping, receiving, and production control team members (approximately 20 employees)
    • Lead start-up meetings and ensure effective communication between shifts, including EOS reporting
    • Manage daily and weekly schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, inventory, and shipping issues
    • Ensure trucks are loaded accurately and on time, verifying counts, packaging, and shipment requirements
    • Oversee warehouse operations, including FIFO practices and inventory control
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and packaging counts
    • Assign work, observe performance, and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed
    • Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and communicate performance metrics using systems such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • Spend significant time (approximately 50%) on administrative tasks including reporting, planning, and data analysis
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Toyota Production System (TPS) practices such as Kanban and JIT
    • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    Required:
    • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or production environment
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • Experience managing schedules, workflows, and team performance
    • Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory control
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
    • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed

    Preferred:
    • Experience with MRP systems and JIT shipping environments
    • Familiarity with Toyota Production System (TPS), including Kanban and continuous improvement concepts

    Job Summary:

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and fabricating metal parts and tools.

    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machines. Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electric and electronic components of machinery and equipment.Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.Troubleshoot PLC’s.Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.Analyze written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to plan layout and determine sequence of operations.Install parts and materials such as sheet metal covering, hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, lubricants, and batteries into machines and mechanisms.Recommend changes or modifications for efficiency and adaptability to setup and production through Kaizen actives.


    Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to troubleshoot issues and repairs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Education and Experience:Associate’s degree, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.Experience with robotics/CNC machines. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, pneumatics, and PLCs.Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferred.

    Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.Prolonged period standing on feet. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
