THE ROLE

The primary focus is to design, create and maintain Multimedia SharePoint and Wiki pages. Create dashboards on SharePoint to track and monitor project plans.
Operational Expenditures (OpEx)Track and summarize monthly changes to overall budget, highlight any areas of concern and address with finance teamCreate budget walks and present to upper management, tracks changes to the budget over the fiscal yearCapital Expenditures (CapEx)Assist engineering leads with financial content for engineering investment council (EIC) presentations, adjust technical content for the finance audienceCommunicates, coordinates, and escalates changes in project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders.Collects and delivers data and program metrics using basic tools (e.g., macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs).Coordinates with third-parties and/or internal customers on small-scale programs to assess resources, track progress, communicate program status updates, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.Prepares agendas for review board meetings under close guidance of the Program Manager and documents discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.
