Summary The Plant Production Laborer is part of ATMI-Indy's production team and is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through safe, efficient, and quality-focused work. This position includes cleaning, preparing, and assembling materials used in precast concrete production. Responsibilities Keep assigned work areas clean and free of debris, including concrete, wood, plastics, foam, tie wire, rebar, and other materials Clean and maintain formwork and casting surfaces Refill production supplies and prepare materials for daily operations Apply form oil and caulking as directed Assemble wood formwork and install rebar reinforcement per instructions Pour and finish wet concrete under supervision Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Ability to use and read a measuring tape accurately Basic understanding of blueprints and construction drawings Basic math and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and work performance record Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace Environment and Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to bend, kneel, and work on elevated casting surfaces Must be able to climb stairs or ladders and walk long distances in an industrial setting Must be able to work in outdoor conditions that may include heat, cold, humidity, dust, and noise First shift (starting at 4:00 a.m.) 40-55+ hours per week, with occasional weekend work as required Read Less

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation running at peak performance. You’ll work closely with production, facilities, and shipping to plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities that ensure our equipment and infrastructure stay reliable, efficient, and safe.


    Summary


    The Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Manager by coordinating daily maintenance operations and developing job and safety plans to improve workforce productivity. This role acts as a liaison between maintenance, production, facilities, and shipping to plan, estimate, and schedule maintenance work while ensuring parts and materials are available for timely completion.


    Responsibilities

    Analyze and investigate work order requestsPlan maintenance work, estimate time and resources, and schedule planned jobsEnsure parts, materials, and tools are requisitioned and available before job executionOversee ATMI preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for plant, vehicles, facilities, and trailersAssist in planning and scheduling shutdowns, new equipment installations, and overhaulsTrack and report performance metrics to monitor maintenance efficiency and plant reliabilityProvide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment as neededSupervise maintenance employees and assign work prioritiesParticipate in regular safety meetings and enforce all safety policiesEnsure adherence to Preventive Maintenance and Shutdown Schedule programsMaintain oil sample analysis program; record, evaluate, and recommend repairs or replacementPerform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairsRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for required maintenance and serviceUse hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectivelyIdentify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues promptlyPerform all other duties as assignedRequirements:Thorough knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automated equipmentStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeExcellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
