This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall performance of the service, parts, and rental departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your New Role:
Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within assigned territory.Responsible for identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.Effectively maintain positive relationships with existing customers.Partner with the internal team by promoting the Rental, Parts, and Service Departments.Maintain accurate and up to date customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).Tow equipment to customer job sites to conduct demonstrations.Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment from customers Perform other duties and tasks assigned.
