Position Summary
They re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant to join their primary care team. This provider will work in a collaborative, team-based environment offering comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The role is ideal for a motivated clinician who thrives in a community-focused setting and is committed to health equity.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver primary care services including exams, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and health educationManage acute and chronic conditions across all age groupsCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to ensure coordinated, holistic careParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviewsMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record systemEngage patients in preventive care planning and health promotion strategiesContribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability within the clinicQualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent PA license in New YorkMinimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care settingComfort treating patients across the lifespan: pediatrics to geriatricsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural humility and a community-first mindsetBilingual preferred, but not required
