    Entry Level Client Representative (Sales)

    We instruct and develop a skilled sales force from the ground up through a cross-train of in-house seminars, role plays, and hands-on experience. Each representative is fully trained on every detail pertaining to the clients’ brand, the services we will be working with, and the products our clients offer.

     

    Primary responsibilities for the Entry Level Client Representative role:

    Meet and engage with customers in-personExceed customer expectations and team sales goalsAssist in training other sales and marketing team members

     

    Qualifications for the Entry Level Client Representative:

    Degree or 0-3 years relevant work experience in a leadership roleSales, customer service (retail, restaurant, & hospitality -- this is not a call center environment), marketing, business, and / or communications backgroundInternship experience in sales, marketing and account managementInterest in developing customer partnershipsDetail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activityInterest in advancement & the opportunity to make an impactMust be residing in the Denver area to be considered

    Primary Responsibilities:

    · Engage with customers, in-person, in a professional, friendly manner

    · Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

    · Generate sales among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

    · Answer customer questions and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers

    · Work with the team on sales and business development needs

    Qualifications:

    · BS Degree is preferred but not required with adequate work experience
