We Provide:

Advanced mechanical circulatory devices: Impella CP, 5.5, RP Flex, and Protek Duo RVAD
Neurocritical care for stroke, aneurysms, status epilepticus, and neurosurgical ICU cases
A multidisciplinary ICU culture grounded in protocols, escalation discipline, and bedside leadership
Dedicated support for innovation, clinical trials, and research in shock and neurocritical care
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality critical care for complex cardiac and neurological patients
Manage advanced support devices like ECMO and Impella, and treat acute neuro emergencies
Collaborate with cardiology, neurosurgery, and ICU teams across both campuses
Participate in quality improvement and hospital committee initiatives
Stay current with critical care advancements through ongoing education

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring for both cardiac and neurocritical care intensivists. The ideal candidate will:
Be BC/BE in Critical Care (Anesthesia, Pulm/CCM, or IM-CCM)
Have 1–2 years of post-training experience (exceptional final-year fellows considered)
Have experience (or interest in training) with:
PA catheter placement and interpretation
TVP insertion
Management of ICP and neuroemergencies

Position Overview
AtlantiCare Health System is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join a highly collaborative and growing team. This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient pulmonary, ICU coverage, and outpatient care across two hospital campuses and a modern outpatient practice.
Physicians benefit from strong Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support, a collegial environment, and opportunities to engage in teaching as the system continues to expand its academic footprint.
Convenient proximity between campuses (~12–15 miles)
Outpatient location within easy commuting distance in South Jersey
Schedule & Structure
Balanced inpatient, ICU, and outpatient responsibilities
Rotational model:
5 days inpatient (Mainland or City campus)
5 days outpatient practice
One Friday–Monday ICU block per rotation
Night call taken from home
No overnight in-house ICU call required
Support Model:
24/7 in-house ICU coverage by intensivists and APPs
Dedicated APP support at each campus
Shared, team-based care model

Location: Southeastern New Jersey – Multiple Locations
Help us redefine the delivery of inpatient urologic care.
AtlantiCare is seeking a Hospitalist Urologist to join a growing, innovative Urology Division serving Southeastern New Jersey. This role is part of a dedicated hospital-based urology service line designed to optimize inpatient care while supporting an expanding outpatient operative urology program.
You will practice within a consultation-only hospitalist urology model (fully developed over the past 3 years), supported by two experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners, with no call responsibilities, unless desired for additional compensation. The inpatient service collaborates with a six-physician, four-APP outpatient operative urology group, with additional recruitment ongoing to support continued growth.
AtlantiCare’s Urology Division spans two state-of-the-art hospitals, multiple DaVinci XI robotic platforms, three ambulatory surgery centers, and a robust network of outpatient facilities across the Southern New Jersey coastline. The hospitalist urologist will support the two hospitals (10 minutes apart) and will receive backup and call coverage from the outpatient urologists.
Position Highlights
Dedicated Urology Hospitalist role with inpatient consultation-only focus
Currently supported by the same Hospital Urologist for the last 3 years (now retiring)
No call requirement (unless desired by candidate for additional compensation)
Support from two Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners (one at each campus)
Collaborative partnership with a 6-physician operative urology program, with a 7th urologist recruitment underway
Currently active urology hospitalist-based program for the last 3 years as a consultation-only service (Medical Hospitalists perform all admissions).
