We’re currently seeking a General Assembler I to join our growing team in Richmond, Illinois. This position will support our first shift, which operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Follows assembly instructions
· Reads and interprets work instructions, blueprints, reference documents.
· Builds and maintains awareness of all safety and quality protocol
· Operates cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts
· Assists other employees and works collaboratively to accomplish goals
· Alerts/Advises supervisors or engineers when there are problems with a build
· Takes initiative by providing input and information to resolve assembly issues.
· Identifies obstacles and/or barriers, such as material shortages or quality issues
Uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), ensures tools are in good working order, and takes action if coworkers in work area are at risk or causing riskAdapts and learns to perform various assembler dutiesOffers suggestions to improve processes or quality of assembly projects
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC, etc.)
· Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32nd of an inch
· Ability to work on-site in Richmond, Illinois

We’re currently seeking a Industrial Sales Manager - Crane Rail to join our growing team of professionals within the Atlantic Track Crane Runway Group (AT CRG) in Leesport, Pennsylvania.
The selected candidate will serve as an integral member of our Sales team, offering technical and commercial solutions to engineers and consultants who design crane runway systems. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for selling our products, processes, and services directly to potential customers who maintain crane rail and crane runway systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develops strong relationships with all engineering firms in the assigned territory involved with Wharf, Pier, Steel Mill, Aluminum Plant, Pulp and Paper, Sport Stadiums, Class 1RR Intermodal Projects, etc. that could use Crane Rail, Crane Rail Clips and Pads, Steel Support Plates, Flash-Welding and all other products, processes and services that are offered by the Atlantic Track Crane Runway Group
· Influences the writing of specifications by engineering firms to include all Atlantic Track Products, Processes and Services
· Adjusts territory to reflect industry demands, market activity, commercial requirements or other resource allocation conditions
· Manages existing commercial accounts and grows the revenue of those accounts by strengthening personal relationships
· Collaborates across AT CRG and our key suppliers/partners to understand project plans and specifications to develop cohesive, comprehensive, and competitive material, process, and/or installation proposals
· Seek ongoing education from within the Group and our key suppliers/partners to assist in improving technical and commercial skills set to maximize closing percentages and profits
· Conducts technical/engineering seminars for engineering firms, end users, and other targeted contractors and facility personnel
· Assists with “Field Support” on projects where Atlantic Track has sold materials, services or processes
· Leverages “Networking Team” to develop ideas for new products with our key suppliers and partners
· Responds in a timely manner to requests for quotes, technical service, field support, and any other technical or commercial support that may be required by clients or colleagues
· Prepares all requested paperwork in a timely manner, which includes but is not limited to expense reports, specification and project tracking, sales call reports, and all other documents that may be requested by the VP of the Crane Runway Group
· Represents Atlantic Track in trade shows
· Complies with Atlantic Track values, protocols, and business standards
· Responsibly utilizes company resources to support business-required travel and expenses incurred during normal duties
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC, etc.)
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial and/or construction environment, ideally on a production floor
· Ability to work on-site in Leesport, Pennsylvania
· Ability to climb ladders and work at heights to evaluate client crane systems, observing safety protocols to avoid potential worksite hazards
· Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license
· Possession or ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport
· Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) from the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to access customer facilities
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 50% of the time)

· Leads a team of CNC Machinists to produce quality parts according to specifications
· Operates CNC milling machines to contribute to production needs
· Performs editing to CNC programming and makes adjustments to speeds and feeds
· Reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements
· Utilizes precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges, and coordinates measuring machines to ensure accuracy
· Performs setup and tooling changes on CNC equipment

This role will support our 2nd shift, which works a 3:00pm to 1:30am schedule. Training will be conducted during 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) and then transition to 2nd shift.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, steel toe boots with metatarsal guard, safety goggles, gloves
· Conducts machine check prior to starting the day’s work, checking for oil leaks, sensor alignment, safety mat placement
· Stages material from rail cart to bending working area
· Operates overhead crane and jib crane to manipulate and move work material
· Ensures work and/or sales orders match the label code on the rail material at hand
· Analyzes blueprint and makes markings to check the overall bend of the rail
· Completes check sheets and work orders, noting work progress and quality
· Relocates completed bent or curved rail to next stage in the work order
· Ensures work area is clean, tidy, and safe for the arrival of the next shift
· Apprises the Supervisor of the next shift on progress of work and on any outstanding items to be completed
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC, etc.)
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or hardscaping environment
· Ability to read a blueprint
· Ability to read a tape measure (down to a 32nd of an inch)
· Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Must be able to obtain internal crane and forklift certifications
· Ability to work on-site in Richmond, Illinois
Preferred Qualifications:
· Forklift certification
