    The Atlantic Group has partnered with a class action claims management firm based in Manhattan. They have an immediate need for a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This position is a contract role that’s no less than 3 months.

     

    Temporary Sales Development Representative

    A boutique class action claims management firm in the global litigation finance industry specializing in the identification, research, data analysis and filing of complex class action claims for corporate clients.

     

    Recruiting a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the Sales Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will help refine the sales process by conducting high-volume cold calls and emailing businesses to acquire new leads.

     

    Compensation/ Work Schedule

    • Hourly rate

    • 24-40 hours weekly

    • No commission

     

    Responsibilities

    • Cold call and email potential clients to introduce Class Action Capital’s services and generate interest.

    • Utilize various resources to find contact details of potential clients for outreach.

    • Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and senior sales team members to build the sales pipeline.

    • Strategically gather feedback from outreach to provide constructive recommendations on executing campaigns.

    • Utilize Salesforce to update client details and manage outreach (calls, emails, followups).

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 1-2+ years of sales experience

    • Ability to prospect, qualify, and develop a sophisticated client base

    • Proven ability to understand technical subject matter and convey its essence through written and verbal communications.

    Position Overview

    Seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising, investor communications, and client service initiatives. This role will partner closely with investment professionals and institutional investors while helping maintain high-quality reporting and marketing materials.


    Responsibilities

    -Prepare investor presentations, DDQs, RFPs, and marketing materials.

    -Assist with fundraising efforts and investor communications.

    -Support quarterly reporting and performance updates.

    -Respond to investor requests and maintain client relationships.

    -Track fundraising activity and maintain CRM databases.

    -Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

    -Assist with investor meetings, conferences, and special projects.


    Qualifications

    -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

    -2–5+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or investment banking.

    -Experience responding to RFP and/or client related inquiries for firm and fund specific information.

    -Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

    -Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

    Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

    Work Schedule: M-F (8am-4pm or 830am to 430am)

    Interview Process: 1 in-person interview

     

    Position Summary: The data entry clerk collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system, audits output data & identifies and resolves production related errors.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Import/keypunch and process barlists/tags for incoming orders.

    • Open, distribute & process incoming & outgoing mail/packages on a daily basis as needed.

    • Maintain spreadsheet on various projects.

    • Assist receptionist with answering telephones and delivering messages as needed.

    • File all billing correspondence for deliveries on a daily basis.

    • Assist billing department with filing and mailing as needed.

    • Miscellaneous filing and other general clerical duties as necessary.

     

    Essential skills and experience:

    • Planning: Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

    • Management: Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Previous office experience a plus.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    • Good organizational, communication and telephone skills.

    • Computer literacy in scheduling, word processing, spreadsheet software.

    Job Description: Seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time Medical Biller for our Corporate office location in Tarrytown, NY.

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm

     

    Responsibilities:

    -Review, correct, and submit medical claims while ensuring timely filing compliance.

    -Run billing edits, pre-bill reports, and verify charge accuracy.

    -Resolve claim errors, rejections, and billing discrepancies.

    -Submit and monitor EDI files, including primary and secondary claims.

    -Maintain provider information and respond to billing-related requests from offices and internal teams.

    -Create clean claims and process claim corrections as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    -Medical billing experience required.

    -Knowledge of insurance billing procedures and claim processing.

    -Experience with EDI transactions and medical billing systems (NextGen and/or Waystar preferred).
