    Atlantic Group is hiring an Accounting Manager (Financial Reporting and Accounting/Finance Support) in Philadelphia, PA for our client to lead client-facing accounting advisory engagements and financial reporting initiatives. This role oversees financial statement preparation, consolidations, and close processes while advising clients on GAAP reporting, operational accounting improvements, and financial analysis. You will partner with leadership and client stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and deliver accurate, high-quality financial reporting.

    Responsibilities as the Accounting Manager (Financial Reporting):
    Financial Reporting Oversight: Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, consolidations, and account reconciliations while ensuring GAAP compliance. Close Process Management: Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Technical Accounting & Advisory: Research accounting guidance and support complex accounting analyses and reporting positions.     Qualifications for the Client Services Associate (Investment Management):
    Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. Experience: 4-6 years of experience within client services, fund finance, investor relations, public accounting, or private investment operations is required. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of venture capital, private equity, investment fund structures, and limited partner reporting is preferred. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data or reporting tools are required, while exposure to AI tools and automation platforms is preferred. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
