    Summary/Objective:

    The Sheet Metal Mechanic fabricates, assembles, installs and repairs sheet metal using relevant equipment such as plenums, fire dampers, and diffusers.

    Essential Functions:

    Installs distribution lines and equipment per plans, specifications and other contract documentsInstalls joints of duct such as slide and drive, TDF, snap lock, and other assemblies as requiredReviews and converts blueprint specifications into shop drawings to be followed in the construction or assembly of sheet metal productsErects and installs equipment such as air handling units, VAV boxes, fan power boxes, and others as requiredWorks safely and complies with applicable health and safety-related rules, regulations, and proceduresInstalls ductless mini-splitsDetermines project requirements, such as scope, assembly sequences, required methods, materials, using blueprints, drawings, written or verbal instructionsFastens seems or joints together with welds, bolts, cement, rivets, solder, caulks, metal drive clips, or bonds to assemble components to products or to repair sheet metal itemsFabricates ducts for high efficiency heating ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to maximize efficiency of systemsSelects gauges or types of sheet metal or nonmetallic material, according to product specificationsTrains and mentors' helper/traineesPerforms other duties as assigned

    Required:

    3+ years of experience in sheet metal mechanic field; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experienceFamiliarity with ductmate, spiral, slide and drive ductworkMust be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skillsMust adhere to all company policy and proceduresMust be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned

    Summary/Objective:

    The Service Plumber works day-to-day on assigned plumbing tasks. Ensures job quality and customer satisfaction is maintained in every stage of the project. Interacts with upper management and other trades to build lasting relationships. Creates the type of positive environment that works to maintain a sufficient and qualified work force. Reports to the cognizant foreman and operates under specific supervision in all types of weather conditions, frequently working at heights, using equipment, in a safe and professional manner.

    Layout, assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, equipment, and fixtures of heating, cooling, domestic water, air, drainage systems, and gas according to company standards, specifications, and plumbing or mechanical codeAssisting and pumping out, maintaining, manufacturing pits and essential pump truck maintenanceTest pipes and fixtures using water and air to detect deficienciesSafely measure, cut, thread, glue, solder, braze, and slope pipes composed of various materialsProvides guidance and direction to apprentices/helpers working under him/her.Install hangers and supports for all plumbing systemsPerform other duties as assigned

    Summary/Objective:

    The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for providing complete estimates for bids on commercial and/or industrial projects assigned by the Estimating Manager. The Electrical Estimator controls the project costs by review of all construction documents related to the project for bid proposal delivery to the customer.

    Essential Functions:

    Review all construction documents including Instructions To Bidders, Bid Forms, and Scope of Work Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure coverage on all scopes of workDistribute plans, specifications, and addenda to subcontractors and vendors via company ftp website and/or emailParticipate in pre-bid meetings and site visits which may result in travel time on occasionsWork as part of a team to coordinate scope of work between in-house trades (Sheet Metal, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Piping, Steel, Millwrights) as requiredTake-off all equipment and material for trade specific scope of work utilizing the Accubid computerized estimating system.Enter all material, labor, sub pricing, vendor pricing, equipment rentals and other costs into bid summary a day or two before bid due dateReview all take-off and pricing for completeness on all self-performed workReview in detail subcontractor and vendor quotations for full compliance with the plans and specificationsDevelop rough draft scope of work for proposalsUpon project award, assist in procurement of subs, equipment and materials Enter estimate into job cost control program and participate in turnover/transition meetings with the operations teamPerforms other duties as assigned

    Summary/Objective:

    The Sheet Metal Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day activities of sheet metal crews on assigned commercial construction projects. Provides guidance and direction to crews in budgeting and scheduling. Ensures job quality and customer satisfaction is maintained at every project stage. Strong relationship building skills with clients, customers, and vendors to cultivate a positive work environment. In addition to supervisory responsibility, this position is that of a working superintendent, responsible for directly performing a wide range of skilled construction tasks.

    Essential Functions:

    Supervises sheet metal Foreman, field crew, subcontractor and craft activities, including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, mechanical and sheet metal sources, scheduling and documentation.Coordinates work of different crafts, company departments, other Superintendents and/or other contractorsIdentifies and documents potential change orders Builds and maintains a positive relationship with internal project teams, our customers, subcontractors, and key vendors.     Summary/Objective:

    The Electrical Mechanic will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service streetlights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.

    Essential Functions:

    The Sheet Metal Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day activities of sheet metal crews on assigned commercial construction projects.
