Position Summary:
The Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of daily operations by providing hands-on leadership and oversight of cleaning crews. This position is responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, monitoring jobsite performance, and ensuring every detail of the work meets both company expectations and client requirements. Supervisors serve as the primary point of accountability for attendance, timecard accuracy, employee performance, and overall jobsite success. Through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through, they help deliver reliable service, support team development, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
This position's schedule is 5:00pm - 1:30am
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Leadership & Daily Operations
Supervise assigned cleaning crews during daily operationsAssign and oversee daily tasks based on scope of workEnsure jobsites are completed to company and client standardsProvide direction, coaching, and support to crew membersAddress immediate jobsite issues and escalate when necessary
Quality Control
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards are met.All accounts will be inspected monthlyAll accounts must be checked and walked multiple times per monthDocument inspection results accurately in the inspection programCorrect deficiencies in real time when possibleEnsure proper use of equipment, materials, and suppliesMaintain jobsite readiness and professionalism
Timecard Responsibility (Critical Function)

Communication & Reporting
