    We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Primary Lead Teacher to guide a mixed-age classroom of children ages 3 6. The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for young children, a strong commitment to Montessori principles, and a high level of professionalism and flexibility to their role in fostering independence, curiosity, and growth in early childhood learners. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain a warm, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment Guide students through individualized and group lessons using Montessori materials Foster independence, concentration, and positive social interactions among students Communicate professionally and collaboratively with parents and colleagues Observe and assess student development, maintaining accurate records Uphold Montessori values and model respectful, intentional behavior in the classroom Preferred Qualifications: AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for the Primary (3 6) age level Bachelor s degree (required), preferably in Education or a related field Previous experience teaching in a Montessori Primary classroom Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in all aspects of the role We Offer: A collaborative and supportive teaching environment Competitive salary based on experience and credentials Health insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off (PTO) Professional development opportunities A beautiful, peaceful campus in the heart of Athens, GA How to Apply:

    We are seeking passionate, dedicated Lead Teachers for both our Elementary I (grades 1 3) and Elementary II (grades 4 6) classrooms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for children, a commitment to the Montessori method, and a high level of professionalism and flexibility to their role in guiding and supporting our students.
