    30% Stakeholder Collaboration

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and remediate risks to the businessCommunicate and lead conversations with BPO/ vendors regarding delivery priorities and requirementsHold BPO/ vendor partners accountable for poor performance and provide coaching/ insight to prevent recurrence

    15% Miscellaneous Projects

    Education & Experience Required:

    The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum.
