    Job Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) in Franconia, NH on a 13-week travel assignment. The PT will work with residents to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance overall quality of life through individualized rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills in geriatric therapy, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities

    Evaluate residents’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs to create customized treatment plans.Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions to improve strength, balance, and independence.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.Educate residents and their families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment use, and safe mobility techniques.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.Adhere to infection control practices, safety standards, and evidence-based rehabilitation care.

    Qualifications

    Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience as a PT in a LTC/SNF or geriatric care setting preferred.Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.Compassionate and patient-focused approach to rehabilitation care.COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.

    Job Description:  

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a passion for pediatric care, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:  

    Deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care to critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced PICU environment. 

    Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, hemodynamic status, and overall condition. 

    Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced treatments according to physician orders. 

    Perform and support critical procedures including IV starts, catheter insertions, lumbar puncture (LP) support, and central line dressing changes. 

    Provide specialized care such as ventilator management, ICP monitoring, tracheostomy care, and tube feeding/placement. 

    Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. 

    Support families by providing education, updates, and emotional assistance throughout the treatment process. 

    Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. 

     

    Qualifications:  

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

    Active RN license in North Carolina 

    Minimum of 1 year of PICU experience required 

    PALS certification required 

    Proficiency in Cerner charting system 

    Ability to float to Pediatrics and NICU as needed 

    Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and critical pediatric interventions

    Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position 

    Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 

    Job Type: Travel Contract   

    Duration: 13 weeks  

    Shift: 4x12s Nights 

    Pay: $3057/week  

     

    Job Description:  

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, demonstrating clinical expertise in patient monitoring, medication administration, and care coordination. This role requires effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and positive outcomes. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:  

    Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting patient progress. 

    Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to cardiac rhythms and patient condition changes. 

    Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. 

    Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance. 

    Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system. 

    Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. 

     

    Qualifications:  

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

    Active RN license in Wisconsin 

    ACLS, BLS, HWC, and NIH certifications required 

    Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience 

    Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills 

    Must have MS/Tele experience and be willing to float to other medical-surgical units as needed 

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
