ATA Services Inc is currently seeking to hire a Part Time Warehouse Assistant to work on a temporary assignment in Santa Fe, NM.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour with weekly pay Start Date: April 6, 2026 End Date: August 28, 2026 Job Location: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 3:00PM, 30 min lunch. This position exists to assist with the operations of the New Mexico Department of Health Pharmacy Wholesale Distribution Warehouse and to support clinical services to over 40 Public Health offices, provider agreement sites and Opioid prevention site statewide.
Assist with inventory receiving, including verifying and organizing incoming shipmentsSupport pulling and preparing medication and supply orders accuratelyAssist with packing and shipping outgoing orders in a timely mannerProvide support with SHARE financial processes (training provided)Perform filing and general administrative tasksAssist with warehouse inventory preparation and organizationComplete other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills; willingness to learn new systems (including SHARE financials)Effective time management and reliability Physical Requirements:
