We are seeking an On Site Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all roofing jobs being completed-(1-2 at a time)Customer management and relationsInvestigate and resolve customer complaintsComplete a customer timeline by taking photos and scope notes throughout the entire jobEnsure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashionSupervise and quality control of our sub crewsEnforce property and associations' rules and regulationsQualifications:
