    Job Summary

    The Operations Lead reports to the Operations Manager and supports store processes and an active selling culture by ensuring that all aspects are maintained to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The OL works on all operation processes, including opening, closing, training, and delegation of tasks, while always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. The OL's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.

    Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe OL performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.The OL coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics.The OL participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.The OL supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably.The OL drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results.The OL leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience.The operations Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions.The OL processes freight, sorts and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store.All other duties assigned based on business needs.Open availability.Qualifications and CompetenciesAt least 18 years old.High School Diploma/Equivalent.Background Check will be completed.Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.     Job Summary: The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.The TM performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.The TM processes freight, sorts, stocks products in designated areas, all store merchandising guidelines.TM performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.All other duties based on business need.Open availability

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    At least 18 years old.High School Diploma/Equivalent.Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
