We are seeking an applicant that is ambitious, who will be trained into a project manager role within our company. The candidate will eventually be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects. Some projects will be out of state, so applicant must be willing to travel as needed for the project.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from award to completionHelp with the permit submission procurement processCreate & manage project scheduleCoordinate with subcontractors, field staff and suppliers procurement and delivery of materials for the projectAssist with the submittal approval processAttend project meetings as necessaryCoordinate with superintendent and provide necessary office support, such as resolving design issues, plan discrepancies, coordinating with the design teamCoordinate with municipality building department to closeout project and obtain Certificate of Occupancy
