Chief Operating Officer
Location: North Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base salary (depending on experience) + meaningful quarterly performance bonus tied to overall company profitability and growth KPIs

Company Overview Asurety is a successful service company with an outstanding reputation for excellence. We specialize in high-quality dryer vent and fireplace inspections/cleanings for multifamily properties. After a period of stability, we are now focused on reigniting growth and scaling into new regional markets.
We are seeking a proven Chief Operating Officer who has successfully grown a small blue-collar service business. You will partner closely with the CEO to professionalize the organization and drive expansion across Operations, Sales/Marketing support, and HR.
Position Overview As COO, you will own the day-to-day leadership of the company and lead our efforts to scale efficiently. Your focus will be on building systems, developing people, increasing efficiency, and delivering consistent “wow” customer experiences that generate strong repeat business and referrals. You will be responsible for maturing and growing all major pillars of the business — Operations, Sales/Marketing support, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize operational execution: increase billable hours, reduce shrinkage, maximize team productivity, and improve labor efficiency.Build scalable systems and processes that create predictable, repeatable results to support company growth.Partner with the CEO to strengthen Sales and Marketing efforts and ensure operational capacity aligns with revenue goals.Develop and professionalize the HR function: recruiting, training, performance management, and retention of high-performing field and support teams.Anticipate challenges, solve problems at the root level, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.Manage pillar budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and key financial metrics to improve profitability.Deliver a consistent “wow” customer experience that turns clients into raving fans and referral sources.Build, lead, and develop a strong team culture focused on accountability and excellence.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a COO (or equivalent senior operations leadership role) in a small blue-collar service or field-service business (remodeling, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or similar strongly preferred).Demonstrated success scaling a service company with 50–150 employees.Strong track record in process development, systems implementation, and operational excellence.Experience growing multiple business pillars (Operations, Sales support, HR).Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting.Remodeling or construction/field-service background is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, or logistics (or equivalent experience).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
