HowI willcontribute
As a Distribution Specialist, you are the final point of contact that ensures payroll payments are getting to our customers. Critical to our success, you review and properly prepare paycheck packages for shipping. Making sure they arrive to our clients accurately and on time. Receiving deliveries and coordinating supplies for building, wrapping, and sorting your outbound packages. Using modern technology systems to sort and prepare orders for expedited delivery. Since you are working on a team with other specialists- your daily contributions will rotate.Providing you variety and ownership in different phases of payroll distribution; all working together for successful product delivery.
Gather reports and checks from the printersFollow client instructions and prepare information in a presentable package for our clientsResponsible for organizing, maintaining, and retaining accurate records and manifests of all items packagedMaintain Fed Ex/USPS operating systemsAssist our payroll specialist team with delivery instructions as neededAbility to work overtime during our busy seasonsSupporting any ad hoc projects critical to our company successDuties and activities that require standing in one place for periods of time as well as walking the distribution centerQualifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentialityOrganizational skills, your attention to detail, your flexibility and your ability to multi-taskGeneral computer skills are a mustAbility to stand and/or be on the move for the duration of your shiftYou are a team player, supportive, and helpful with your co-workers and clientsCompensation
The base range for this role is $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending upon level of experience.
