    The purpose of the Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse is to provide and document clinical call center services for patients. The role will also provide education and support to patients related to the product and the self-injection technique for the product. The Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse will follow all processes and call scripts established by the manufacturer for the program in order to meet all regulatory requirements. Acts as liaison between healthcare providers, patients and patient care advocates to answer clinical questions as designated in the product label.

    The Healthcare Associate – AssistRx Academy is a passion-driven customer service role designed for individuals beginning their healthcare career journey.     Following training, Associates provide external customer service support by receiving and responding to program-related inquiries, assisting with pharmacy benefit investigations, and supporting patients and providers while handling Protected Health Information (PHI).     Requirements

    High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    The purpose of this position is to help patients get access to the medications and therapies that they need. This role works directly with healthcare providers & insurance plans/payers to gather information about a patient’s insurance and the coverage provided for a specific pharmaceutical product. The Patient Access Specialist will support the healthcare providers addressing questions regarding coding and billing and navigating complex reimbursement issues. This position also provides support for Prior Authorizations (PA) for an assigned caseload and helps navigate the appeals process to access medications.

    Requirements

    The purpose of the Call Center Registered Nurse is to provide and document clinical call center services for patients. The role will also provide education and support to patients related to the product and the self-injection technique for the product. The Call Center Registered Nurse will follow all processes and call scripts established by the manufacturer for the program in order to meet all regulatory requirements. Acts as liaison between healthcare providers, patients and patient care advocates to answer clinical questions as designated in the product label.

    Requirements

    Education required:

    Specific type of experience required:

    · Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
