We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide support and comfort to clients receiving hospice care in the familiarity of their own homes.
Duties Include:
Assisting with personal hygiene care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting clients with ambulation and safe transfers
Providing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Preparing meals and offering hydration reminders
Offering companionship, comfort, and emotional support to clients and families
