We are looking for someone who: Is a motivated, hard worker Is not afraid of heavy lifting Is always treating our customers the way they deserve to be treated Believes in working together as a team and doing what needs to be done Will be with us for the long haul In this position you will: Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed Assist with inventory and damage control Requirements and Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines Demonstrated history of steady employment The Details: This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7:30am-4:00p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $22-24 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses. A Milk Run Driver will perform all tasks required in the completion of all phases of product handling. This person will also provide deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner and will compete all work through adherence to product specification, company policy/procedures and acceptable standards. This person must be available for a minimum of two (2) overnights per week. This role is a touch freight role and does require unloading assistance at delivery points. Responsibilities / Requirements include: Driving safely, following all DOT regulations for extended periods of time. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
